· Operating guide of Dispersant

A: paint, ink, pigment dispersion(water pigment dispersion, flushed pigments etc) and other industries:

B: Organic, inorganic pigments surface treatment:
Surface treatment of pigment have many ways, the simplest method is let hyperdispersant and pigment mixed together. Usually the method is let hyperdispersant dissolved in a suitable solvent or emulsion, then add it in pigment  manufacturing process. For example: Color Lake process of azo pigments ; pigmentation process of crude phthalocyanine blue; Reslurry process of pigment before presscake squeezing; milling and polishing process in ball mill of metal pigment ( such as: silver aluminum ).
At a certain temperature( if necessary with pH adjustment), hyperdispersant  will be adsorbed on the surface of pigments to complete the surface treatment of pigment after a good stirring or grinding,

Ⅰ, Add dosage
A. inorganic pigments:1-5% (according to different system changes )
B. organic pigments:1-8% (according to different system changes )
Ⅱ, Add stage:
As same as the pigment into system or before the pigment is added in the system
Ⅲ, Use method:
A: for difficult to disperse pigments suggest hyperdispersant and synergistic dispersant in common use: Hyperdispersant : synergistic dispersant = ( 9-3 ) : 1
B. For organic pigments recommend to use  A4200 or A4300
C. For inorganic pigments recommend to use A4100 or A4200 or A4300
D. 1005 is the phthalo pigment synergistic dispersant.1022 is the azo yellow synergistic dispersant.

Pay attention to other surfactants on dispersing agent effect
